Welcome to Mayflower Quilters' Guild web site!

Our goal is to support and promote quilting activities throughout the Province of Nova Scotia.

Meetings

Mayflower Quilters' Guild normally meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month (September through June except December) at 7:30 p.m. at the Dartmouth North Community Centre, 134 Pinecrest Avenue, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Dates for 2009-10 are: Sep 17, Oct 15, Nov 19, Dec 3, Jan 21, Feb 18, Mar 18, Apr 15, May 20, Jun 17 (exceptions will be noted in red)

Membership

Mayflower membership is open to anyone having an interest in quilts and all forms of quilting.

Individual membership is available for a fee of $25.00 per year. A Chapter/Guild membership is available for $30.00 annually. All members, individual or Chapter/Guild, are welcome to participate in any Mayflower activity.

Community Activities

Mayflower Quilters’ Guild participates in various community activities in an ongoing basis by making and donating cuddle quilts for: Byrony House, Police Cars in HRM, the Habitat, the IWK, the Mental Health Foundation and other charitable agencies.
